摘要
为筛选耐旱性较好的玉米品种,以郑单958和阜研58玉米幼苗为试验材料,对其进行不同程度的干旱处理,分别测定两个玉米品种的质膜透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、净光合速率和根系活力。结果表明:随着干旱程度加剧,两个玉米品种的质膜透性、丙二醛及脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势,而净光合速率和根系活力呈下降趋势。中度干旱胁迫下,郑单958的质膜透性和丙二醛含量均低于阜研58。重度干旱胁迫下,郑单958的脯氨酸含量、净光合速率以及根系活力显著高于阜研58;郑单958的丙二醛含量则显著低于阜研58。表明郑单958的耐旱性好于阜研58。
In order to screen maize varieties with strong drought tolerance,Zhengdan 958 and Fuyan 58 were treated with different degrees of drought.Plasma membrane permeability,malondialdehyde content,net proline content,net photosynthetic rate and root activity of the two maize varieties were measured.The results showed that:with the aggravation of drought,plasma membrane permeability,MDA and proline contents of the two maize varieties increased,while net photosynthetic rate and root activity decreased.Under moderate drought stress,the plasma membrane permeability and MDA content of Zhengdan 958 were lower than those of Fuyan58.Under severe drought stress,the proline content,net photosynthetic rate and root activity of Zhengdan 958 were significantly higher than those of Fuyan 58,while the malondialdehyde content of Zhengdan 958 was significantly lower than that of Fuyan 58.The results showed that the drought tolerance of Zhengdan 958 was stronger than that of Fuyan 58.
