摘要
随着机载电子设备复杂度提升、内部固有屏蔽减少,电源线和信号线的闪电防护将会成为未来航空机载电子产品的强制要求。因此TVS管也得到快速发展,使设备在敏感的闪电环境中获得安全的性能。介绍了RTCA/DO-160G第22节的内容,分析了TVS管的基础特性;以ARINC429接口为例,详细分析了TVS管的选型方法;提出了闪电防护设计上的建议。该方法已经通过DO-160G试验验证,TVS管工作良好,可以用于相同类型其他接口电路的闪电防护设计。
With increasing complexity of airborne electronic equipment and less inherent shielding,power lines and increasing numbers of signal lines requiring protection will become mandatory for future reliability of airborne electronic equipment.Transient voltage suppressor(TVS)devices are rapidly evolving to maintain safe performance in this more vulnerable lightning environment.This paper first introduces the section 22 of RTCA/DO-160G,and then analyzes the basic principle of TVS.Secondly,based on the ARINC429 interface,the specific method of TVS selection is given.Finally,some suggestions on the lightning protection design are put forward.The selection and design of TVS is verified by experiments of DO-160G that the method works well and can be used for lighting protection of the same type of interface circuit.
