Value of artificial intelligence assisted diagnostic system combined with CT test in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules

摘要 目的探讨人工智能(AI)辅助诊断系统联合CT检查肺结节的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的100例肺结节患者,全部患者均行CT、AI辅助诊断系统联合CT检查,比较2种方法诊断肺结节的检出情况、检查时间。以病理检查结果为参照,评价2种检查方法诊断恶性肺结节的效能。结果 AI辅助诊断系统联合CT检查的肺结节检出率为97.00%(97/100),高于CT检查的86.00%(86/100),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。AI辅助诊断系统联合CT检查的肺结节平均检出时间为(391.15±156.08) s,短于CT检查的(482.71±248.03) s,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。AI辅助诊断系统联合CT检查对诊断恶性肺结节的准确性、敏感性、特异性高于CT检查,漏诊率、误诊率低于CT检查,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用AI辅助诊断系统联合CT检查能够有效检出肺结节,降低漏诊率,提高对恶性肺结节的诊断效能。 Objective To explore the application value of artificial intelligence( AI) assisted diagnostic system combined with CT test in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary nodules were selected and conducted with CT test,AI assisted diagnostic system and CT test in combination. The detection status and time of pulmonary nodules were compared between the two methods. According to the pathological results,the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods was evaluated. Results The detection rate of pulmonary nodules by AI assisted diagnostic system combined with CT test was 97. 00%( 97/100),which was significantly higher than 86. 00%( 86/100) by CT test( P < 0. 05). The average detection time of pulmonary nodules by AI assisted diagnostic system combined with CT test was( 391. 15 ± 156. 08) s,which was significantly shorter than( 482. 71 ± 248. 03) s by CT test( P < 0. 05). The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of AI assisted diagnostic system combined with CT test were significantly higher than those of CT test in the diagnosis of malignant pulmonary nodules,and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were significantly lower than those of CT test( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Application of AI assisted diagnostic system combined with CT test can effectively detect pulmonary nodules,reduce the missed diagnosis rate and increase the diagnostic efficiency for malignant pulmonary nodules.
