创业板上市公司创新能力因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of the Innovation Ability of Listed Companies on GEM

以2017年度中国创业板上市公司为研究对象,基于2012—2016年度面板数据,采用因子分析法对企业创新能力及其影响因素进行信度检验,运用结构方程模型实证分析创业板上市公司内部影响因素及其作用机制。研究表明:技术创新在企业创新能力提升过程中发挥着重要作用,能够显著提升企业创新能力;合理的董事会结构和股权结构能够激发企业创新动力,促进企业创新能力的提升;提升管理层的专业行为、健全监督机制和构建创新生态环境能显著提升企业创新能力。

Taking the listed companies on GEM in China in 2017 as the subjects,based on the panel data from 2012 to 2016,by means of factor analysis,the reliability test of enterprise innovation ability and its influencing factors has been conducted and the internal influencing factors of the listed companies and their functional mechanism have been analyzed empirically by means of the structural equation model.The result shows that such factors are expected to improve the innovation ability of enterprises as the technological innovation,a reasonable board structure and ownership structure,the high professionalism of the management,a sound supervision mechanism,and an innovative ecological environment.
