摘要
从辅导员工作负荷的影响因素出发,构建评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法对辅导员工作进行负荷评估。实证结果表明,高校辅导员的工作负荷值是6.45RMR,属于中度负荷。且该方法对辅导员工作负荷评估的准确度较高,具有实际应用价值。
Starting from the influencing factors of the workload of college counselors,by establishing an evaluation index system,the paper makes an evaluation of the workload of college counselors by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The result shows that the workload value of college counselors studied is 6.45rmr,which is supposed to be medium.It is also found that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can ensure a high accuracy for the evaluation of the workload of college counselors.
