高校校训功能发挥的对策思考

On the Fulfillment of the Function of the University Motto

校训体现着高校的办学理念及治校精神,蕴含社会发展进步的时代要求,具有约束、引导、激励和塑造大学生思想和行为的功能,是立德树人工作的良好切入点。如今,中国高校校训功能的发挥还面临着主体、客体、介体和环体等多方面的问题,教育者应从“内涵提升,把握校训”“主体先行,内化校训”“实践引领,外化校训”以及“营造氛围,传播校训”等方面入手,充分发挥校训的育人功能。

The university motto embodies the idea and spirit of running a university,contains the requirements of the times of social development and progress,and has the functions of restriction,guidance,encouragement and shaping.It is a good starting point for moral education.Nowadays,the fulfillment of the function of the university motto in China is faced with many problems.Educators are expected to improve the effectiveness of their work through understanding the school motto by improving its connotation,internalizing the school motto by giving priority to the student,externalizing the school motto by practice leading,and publicizing the school motto by establishing an atmosphere.
