Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) is the most common in oral and maxillofacial regions and occupy more than 90% of the malignant lesions in the oral cavity[1]. The complex anatomy of the head and neck region gives rise to intricate patterns of local invasion and regional spread, which makes primary tumors more difficult to eradicate.
