属性动态更新的一种三支决策模型

Three-way Decision Model for Dynamic Updating of Attributes

在实际环境中,经常需要划分出一批对象,而对象的属性可能是动态变化的,针对这种属性动态更新的条件下选出一定数量对象的问题,提出一种属性动态更新的三支决策模型.首先针对属性动态更新的特点,建立属性关联度和重要度,然后针对更新的属性,提出一种属性比的定义来构造三支决策的评估函数,同时对更新后的属性的值排序,提出一种基于基尼系数计算对象偏差的方法来动态计算三支决策的阈值.根据计算的阈值和对象的评估函数,属性动态更新的三支决策模型被建立,能在属性更新后动态划分对象.进一步对于模型可能出现两种异常划分问题,给出了相应的解决方法,最后通过在改造的四个数据集上实验仿真,结果表明在属性动态更新情况下能有效划分对象,模型是可行的和有效的.

In the actual environment,it is often necessary to divide a batch of objects,and the attributes of the objects may be dynamic.In view of the problem of selecting a certain number of objects under the condition of dynamic attribute updating,a three-way decision model of dynamic attribute updating is proposed.Firstly,according to the characteristics of attribute dynamic updating,the attribute relevance and importance are established.Then,according to the updated attribute,a definition of attribute ratio is proposed to construct the evaluation function of three-way decision.At the same time,a method of calculating object deviation based on Gini coefficient is proposed to dynamically calculate the threshold value of three-way decision.According to the calculated threshold value and the evaluation function of the object,three-way decision model of attribute dynamic updating are established,which can dynamically partition the object after attribute updating.Furthermore,two kinds of abnormal partition problems may appear in the model,and the corresponding solutions are given.Finally,through the experimental simulation on the four transformed datasets,the results show that the model is feasible and effective in the case of dynamic attribute update.
