氧化铟传感器对VOCs的动态测试方法研究

摘要 金属氧化物气体传感器具有灵敏度高、响应迅速等优点,在VOCs气体检测方面发挥着重要的作用。采用水热法制备了In2O3气体传感器,通过动态测试证明了当矩形波作为加热电压波形时,可以增加电流响应曲线的特征峰。针对2-丁酮、甲酸、乙醇、乙酸乙酯气体,固定加热电压区间为4~7 V,改变动态测试时矩形波的占空比和相邻加热周期间隔时间,结果表明在占空比为1/2、相邻加热周期间隔10 s的条件下,电流响应曲线可以获得较多特征峰。在不降低动态响应信号品质的前提下,也缩短了在实际应用中的功耗。 Metal oxide gas sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and quick response,which plays an important role in VOCs gas detection.The In2O3 gas sensor is prepared by hydrothermal method,and the dynamic test proves that the characteristic peak of the current response curve can be increased when the rectangular wave is the heating voltage waveform.For 2-butanone,formic acid,ethanol and ethyl acetate,fixed heating voltage range from 4 to 7 V,change dynamic testing of square wave duty ratio and the time interval between adjacent heating cycle.The results show that under the condition of the duty ratio for 1/2 and adjacent heating cycle interval for 10 s,current response curve can be obtained more characteristic peak.On the premise of not lower the quality of dynamic response signal,and also shorten the power consumption in practical application.
