摘要 以某微型客车为基础,对其进行结构改进,满足车辆行驶条件的基础上,选取合适的电池及电机结构,设计四轮轮边电机驱动底盘结构。利用CATIA软件进行主要部件的建模,并选取适合的安装位置,利用DMU模块进行运动仿真分析,分析运动件之间有无运动干涉,轮胎作为较多部件的连接件,发生运动干涉的部件较多,因此对车辆前轮进行转向运动仿真,分析前轮转动角度曲线变化情况及汽车在跳动和转向时,前轮罩与前轮之间的距离变化曲线,同时对后轮进行上下跳动运动仿真,得出所设计的结构不存在运动干涉,保证各组成部件运动协调性。 On the basis of a minibus, its structure is improved to meet the driving conditions of the vehicle. On the basis of selecting the appropriate battery and motor structure, the four-wheel motor driving chassis structure is designed. CATIA software is used to model the main components, and the appropriate installation position is selected. The DMU module is used for motion simulation analysis to analyze whether there is motion interference between the moving parts. As the connecting part of many parts, the tire has more motion interference. Therefore, the steering motion of the front wheel is simulated, and the change of the front wheel rotation angle curve and the distance curve between the front wheel cover and the front wheel when the vehicle is bouncing and steering are analyzed. At the same time, the up and down jump motion of the rear wheel is simulated, it is concluded that there is no motion interference in the designed structure and the motion coordination of the components is ensured.
