基于《兰室秘藏·口齿咽喉门》探析李东垣诊治齿痛学术思想

Academic thought of LI Dongyuan’s diagnosis and treatment of toothache based on Secret Records of the Orchid Chamber: Speciality of Stomatology,Dentistry and Throat

基于李东垣《兰室秘藏·口齿咽喉门》,总结、分析李东垣诊治齿痛的学术思想。其从脏腑、经络与寒热辨证的角度论述齿痛病机,善于采用补肾活血、祛风止痛之法治疗齿痛,用药精炼,善用当归、羊胫骨、细辛等单味药及药对,临证尤为善于应用散剂,且用药方式灵活多样,能迅速缓解疼痛。

This paper summarizes and analyzes academic thought of LI Dongyuan’s diagnosis and treatment of toothache based on Secret Records of the Orchid Chamber: Speciality of Stomatology,Dentistry and Throat. He discusses the pathogenesis of toothache from the aspects of syndrome differentiation of zang and fu organs,meridians and collaterals,and cold and heat,excels at using the methods of invigorating kidney to activate blood and expelling wind to stop pain to treat toothache,with refining medication,good at using single flavor medicinal,namely Angelicae sinensis radix,tibial of Capra hircus L. and Asari radix et rhizoma etc.,and couplet medicinals. In clinic practice,he especially excels at applying powder,moreover,the medication of powder is flexible and varied,whereby it can quickly alleviate the pain.
