摘要
将近年来国内外对中药提取物抑制NLRP3炎症小体以改善细胞焦亡从而干预动脉粥样硬化性疾病的相关研究进行概述,阐释相关中药提取物有效成分的作用特点,分析研究中所存在的问题,为动脉粥样硬化性疾病的防治提供一定参考。
This paper summarizes Chinese and foreign research on the inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome to improve cell pyroptosis,thereby intervening the atherosclerotic diseases by Chinese materia medica(CMM) extracts in recent years,clarifies the functional characteristics of the effective components of the relevant CMM extracts,and analyzes the existing problems in the research,so as to provide some references for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.
