兰州市第二人民医院老年住院患者护理服务质量调查及影响因素研究

Investigation on nursing service quality of elderly inpatients in Lanzhou the Second People’s Hospital and its influencing factors

目的调查兰州市第二人民医院老年住院患者的护理服务满意度,并分析影响护理服务质量的因素。方法采用纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)调查兰州市第二人民医院849例老年住院患者的护理服务满意度,并通过问卷调查及统计学方法分析影响护理服务质量的因素。结果 NSNS平均得分为(81.93±14.67)分,其中老年住院患者护理服务满意度最低的项目为"护士对患者提供的相关疾病治疗信息量"(67.3分);相关性分析及多元逐步回归分析结果显示,当月病区手术量越大,床位周转速度越快,老年住院患者的护理服务满意度越低。结论兰州市第二人民医院老年住院患者的护理服务质量尚有待提高;积极加强护理人员对相关疾病及治疗方面知识的学习,提高护理人员的专业素养,对病区手术量及床位周转进行合理调度,是对老年住院患者护理服务质量的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the nursing service satisfaction of elderly inpatients in Lanzhou the Second People’s Hospital,and analyze the factors influencing the quality of nursing service. Methods The nursing service satisfaction of 849 elderly inpatients in Lanzhou the Second People’s Hospital was investigated with Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS). The factors influencing the nursing service quality were analyzed by questionnaire survey and statistical method. Results The average score of NSNS was 81.93±14.67,and the lowest item of nursing service satisfaction of elderly inpatients was "the amount of related disease treatment information provided by nurses to patients"(67.3 scores);the results of correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the larger the number of operations in the ward for the current month,the faster the bed turnover speed,the lower the nursing service satisfaction of elderly inpatients. Conclusion The quality of nursing service for elderly inpatients in Lanzhou the Second People’s hospital needs to be improved. It is an important guarantee for the quality of nursing service for elderly inpatients to actively strengthen nursing staff’s acquisition of related diseases and treatment knowledge,improve the professional quality of nursing staff,and reasonably schedule the operation quantity and bed turnover in the ward.
