禽源沙门菌鉴定、分子分型及耐药性分析 被引量:6

摘要 旨在了解2014年四川部分地区禽源沙门菌的种类及其耐药状况。采用SS选择培养、革兰染色镜检、沙门菌A^F多价血清玻片凝集试验、PCR及多重PCR技术及K-B纸片法,对2014年从四川部分地区分离保存的菌种进行选择培养,镜检,多价血清凝集,PCR鉴定及鸡白痢、鼠伤寒和肠炎沙门菌多重PCR分子分型和耐药性分析。结果表明,共鉴定出沙门菌A^F多价血清凝集和InvA基因PCR双阳性菌株97株;沙门菌多重PCR分型鉴定出19株鼠伤寒沙门菌,2株鸡白痢沙门菌,其余76株无法通过研究采用的多重PCR鉴定出来。21株定型菌株对11种药物的耐药性表明,四环素、多西环素、氟苯尼考、氨苄西林和复方新诺明耐药率均为90.48%(19/21),磺胺异噁唑耐药率95.24%(20/21),耐药严重;新霉素耐药率71.43%(15/21),庆大霉素66.67%(14/21),耐药较为严重。结果表明,2014年间四川部分地区禽源沙门菌种类较为复杂,部分沙门菌对四环素类、酰胺醇类、β内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类及磺胺类普遍耐药,多为多重耐药且5重耐药率达到76.19%。 The purpose of this study was to understand the species and resistance status of avian Salmonella in some areas of Sichuan province in 2014.In this study,SS selective culture,Gram's staining and microscopy,Salmonella A-F multivalent serum slide agglutination test,PCR and multiplex PCR techniques,and K-B disk method were used and the strains isolated and preserved from some areas of Sichuan in 2014 were resuscitated,identified by microscopy,polyvalent serum agglutination and PCR,and analyzed by multiplex PCR molecular typing and drug resistance analysis of Salmonella pullorum,Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis.A total of 97 strains of Salmonella A-F polyvalent serum agglutination and InvA gene PCR double positive strains were identified.19 strains of Salmonella typhimurium and 2 strains of Salmonella pullorum were identified by multiplex PCR typing of Salmonella,and the other 76 strains could not be identified by multiplex PCR.The drug resistance rate of the 21 strains to the 11 drugs was as follows:tetracycline,doxycycline,fluorbenicol,ampicillin and sulfamethoxazole were 90.48%(19/21),and the drug resistance rate of sulfisoxazole was 95.24%(20/21),which was very serious.The drug resistance rate of neomycin was 71.43%(15/21)and gentamicin was 66.67%(14/21),indicating severe drug resis-tance.The results showed that the species of avian Salmonella in some areas of Sichuan were complex in 2014,some Salmonella were generally resistant to tetracyclines,amphenicols,β-lactams,aminoglycosides and sulfonamides,and most of them were multi-drug resistant and the rate of 5-fold drug resistance was 76.19%.
