运用微型种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸的疗效分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:分析微型种植体支抗对口腔正畸疗效及依从性的影响。方法:选取该院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的口腔正畸患者180例作为研究对象,将其简单随机分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组采用非种植体支抗治疗。对比两组患者的治疗前后的模型、口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQOL)量表评分、不良反应及患者依从性。结果:比较两组的模型的覆合、模型的覆盖、尖牙间宽度和第一磨牙间宽度,观察组改善程度要更为显著(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的上齿槽座角、上下齿槽座角、上中切牙SN角、上-下中切牙角变化情况,观察组各指标变化要较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。本文中采用t检验分别从生理疼痛、功能受限、生理功能障碍、社交能力受限、心理障碍、肢体运动残障、内心交流能力等几个方面对比了两组患者正畸后OHRQOL量表的评分,结果显示观察组的量表评分显著性大于对照组的量表评分(P<0.05)。同时还采用χ^2检验的方法对比了治疗前后的不良反应发生率的差异,结果显示观察组显著性低于对照组(χ^2=4.367,P<0.05)。最后,采用χ^2检验的方法对比了两组患者依从性优良率的差异,结果显示观察组显著性高于对照组(χ^2=5.262,P<0.05)。结论:微型种植体支抗的口腔正畸效果更好,能提高口腔健康水平,降低不良反应发生率,患者更易接受。 Objective:To analyze the effect of micro-implant anchorage on the efficacy and compliance of orthodontics.Method:180 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with micro implant anchorage,while the control group was treated with non-implant anchorage.The model,oral health related quality of life(OHRQoL)scale score,adverse reactions and patient compliance were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the model overbite,model coverage,canine width and first molar width of the two groups,the improvement degree of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The changes of upper alveolar angle,upper and lower alveolar seat angle,Sn angle of upper central incisor and upper lower central incisor angle of the two groups were compared.The changes of each index in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).In this paper,t-test was used to compare the scores of OHRQoL scale between the two groups from the aspects of physiological pain,functional limitation,physiological dysfunction,social ability limitation,psychological disorder,limb movement disability and inner communication ability.The results showed that the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment was compared by means of chi square test.The results showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(χ^2=4.367,P<0.05).Finally,the difference of excellent and good compliance rate between the two groups was compared by using the method of chi square test.The results showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(χ^2=5.262,P<0.05).Conclusion:The orthodontic effect of micro-implant anchorage is better,which can improve oral health and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the patients are more acceptable.
