摘要 目的:研究青刺尖的石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、30%乙醇部位和60%乙醇部位对4种细菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用二倍稀释法初步检测青刺尖的不同萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌浓度范围。结果:青刺尖石油醚部位在生药浓度分别为0.0391~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1、0.1563~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1和0.1563~2.5000g﹒mL^-1的范围内对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑制作用存在剂量依赖性,青刺尖乙酸乙酯部位在生药浓度分别为0.1563~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1、0.3125~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1、1.2500~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1和0.3125~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1的范围内对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑制作用存在剂量依赖性。青刺尖30%乙醇部位和60%乙醇部位无明显抑菌作用。结论:青刺尖石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位有一定的体外抑菌作用,且对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制作用强于对革兰氏阴性菌的抑制作用。 Objective:To study the bacteriostatic effect of the petroleum ether extract,ethyl acetate extract,30%ethanol extract and 60%ethanol extract of Qingcijian on four kinds of bacteria in vitro.Method:The inhibition range of different extracts of Qingcijian on staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,escherichia coli,and klebsiella pneumoniae were detected by double-fold dilution method.Result:The petroleum ether extract had a dose-dependent bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,and klebsiella pneumoniaein the range of crude drug concentrations of 0.0391-2.5000g﹒mL^-1,0.1563-2.5000 g﹒mL^-1 and 0.1563-2.5000 g﹒mL^-1.The ethyl acetate extract had a dose-dependent bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,escherichia coli,and klebsiella pneumoniae in the range of crude drug concentrations of 0.1563~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1,0.3125~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1,1.2500~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1and 0.3125~2.5000 g﹒mL^-1.There was no obvious bacteriostatic effect on the 30%ethanol extract and 60%ethanol extract.Conclusion:The petroleum ether extract and ethyl acetate extract of Qingcijian have a certain bacteriostatic effect in vitro,and the bacteriostatic effect on gram-positive bacteria is stronger than that on gram-negative bacteria.
