基于岗位胜任力的中药学应用型人才培养机制的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:找出中药学人才在不同企业不同岗位中所需要的能力素质,探讨分析中药学人才培养机制的现状和改革前景,使中药学现代化教育与企业对中药学人才的需求能更好的对应。方法:本课题通过走访询问中药学和药学在岗人士和相关专业老师,了解中药学当前就业形势。然后利用学校就业指导网,58同城,智联招聘、前程无忧等途径调查了134家企业共487个岗位对医药类人才的就业要求。用统计学的方法整理收集到的数据,在万方、维普、中国知网等网站查找相关文献,了解国内中药学学生能力培养体系和当前就业形势。根据查阅到的文献,分析所收集到的统计数据,得到结果。结果:分析整理出五个类型的岗位(研发,生产,使用、管理,流通),研究不同类型的岗位在学历,计算机操作能力,英语水平,专业能力和工作经验这五个方面对中药学应用型人才的要求。结论:梳理出中药学人才面临不同类型岗位所需培养的岗位胜任力要素,建立中药学人才培养模型,结合所查阅的资料分析讨论现阶段中药学人才培养机制的现状和改革前景。 Objective:To find out the ability and quality of Chinese pharmacy talents in different positions of different enterprises,to explore the status quo and reform prospects of the pharmacy talent training mechanism,so that the modern Chinese pharmacy education can better correspond to the needs of Chinese pharmacy talents.Method:Chinese pharmacy and pharmacy staff and related professional teachers were interviewed to learn about the current employment situation of Chinese pharmacy.Then,through the school employment guidance network,www.58.com,www.zhaopin.com,and www.51job.com etc.,the employment requirements of 487 jobs for medical talents in 134 companies were investigated.The statistical methods were applied to organize the collected data,and find relevant documents on Wanfang,VIP,CNKI and other websites to understand the domestic pharmacy students’ability training system and the current employment situation.Based on the collected documents,the statistical data was analyzed to obtain the results.Result:Five types of positions(R&D,production,use,management,circulation)were analyzed and sorted out.The requirements of different types of positions for applied talents of Chinese pharmacy in the five aspects of academic qualifications,computer operation ability,English level,professional ability and work experience were studied.Conclusion:It sorts out the post competency factors that Chinese pharmacy talents need to cultivate in different types of positions,establishes a training model for Chinese pharmacy talents,and analyzes the status quo and reform prospects of the Chinese pharmacy talent training mechanism at the present stage in combination with the data reviewed.
