摘要
为了研究交叉式排列截齿对纵轴式截割头工作载荷的影响,基于单齿破岩试验的结论,建立了截割头工作载荷计算模型,对采用2、3、4条螺旋线排列截齿数均为42的3种截割头进行设计和建模分析。在切深为截割头直径的20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的模拟条件下,获得了截割工作区域中的截齿数量和相应的截割载荷分量。模拟结果显示,随截深增加,工作区内的截齿数增加导致截割载荷相应增加,二者相关系数超过0.965;其中,当截深超过截割头直径的80%后,x方向载荷分量在进入和离开工作区域截齿切向力相互抵消的作用下不再增大。此外,当截深为截割头直径的20%,采用2螺旋线排布截齿的截割头载荷的主要频率与工作区域内的截齿数一致;当截深大于截割头直径的80%后,3种截割头截割载荷分量的主要频率与截割头转频一致。研究结果表明,对于采用交叉式排布截齿的截割头,截割载荷分量的平均值相近,受螺旋线数量和螺旋升角的影响较小,采用3条螺旋线的截割头在不同截深条件下与岩石相互作用的截齿数变化量较小。
To study the influence of the cross-type pick arrangement on the working load of the longitudinal cutting head,the working load calculation model of the cutting head was established based on the conclusion of rock cutting test with single pick.Three kinds of cutting head with 42 picks arranged by 2,3 and 4 spiral lines were designed and modeled.Under the simulation condition of the cutting depth being 20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%of the diameter of the cutting head,the number of picks in the cutting work area and corresponding cutting load component were obtained.The simulation results showed:with the increase in the cutting depth,the number of picks in the working area increased,which led to corresponding increase in the cutting load,the correlation coefficient of the two exceeded 0.965;while the cutting depth exceeded 80%of the diameter of the cutting head,the load component in direction x did not increase any more due to the mutual cancellation of the cutting force of the pick at entering and leaving the working area.In addition,while the cutting depth was 20%of the diameter of the cutting head,the main frequency of the cutting load of the cutting head with 2 spiral lines was consistent with the number of picks in working area;while the cutting depth was more than 80%of the diameter of the cutting head,the main frequency of the cutting load component of three kinds of cutting head was consistent with the rotation frequency of three kinds of cutting head.Research results showed:for the cutting heads whose picks in cross-type arrangement,their cutting head components were close in average,and less affected by the number of spiral lines and the rising angle;the number variation of picks of the cutting head with three spiral lines interacting with rock was fair less.
