摘要 随着矿井采掘水平的延伸,瓦斯涌出量逐渐增多,底板抽放巷工程增加,辅助运输系统对生产的制约越来越明显。对某矿原辅助运输系统进行了改造,在三水平新掘一容积为500 m3的矸石仓,在地面矸石山安装一条长为180 m、坡度为17°的桁架输送带,超出斜坡轨道提升能力的矸石都翻至矸石仓,当矸石仓满之后通过主煤流集中排至地面矸石山。系统改造后试运转正常,煤流线集中提矸不影响原煤提升,解决了出矸能力影响岩巷进尺的难题。 With the extension of mine excavation level,the gas emission quantity increases gradually,and the floor drainage tunnel engineering duty increases,thus the auxiliary transportation system has more and more obvious restriction to the production.The original auxiliary transportation system in a mine was reconstructed.A 500 m3 gangue bin was excavated at level three,a truss belt with length of 180 m and slope of 17°was installed on the ground gangue dump.The gangue beyond the lifting capacity of the inclined track was turned over to the gangue bin,and then discharged to the ground gangue dump via main coal flow after the gangue bin being full.The reconstructed system operated normally,centralized gangue lifting via main coal flow did not affect coal lifting,thus the drilling footage of rock roadway was not affected by gangue discharge capacity any more.
