摘要
为有效解决大采深矿井和大型机械化矿井的高温热害问题,从制冷装置设计加工、需冷量计算、降温系统工艺设计、主要设备选型配套等方面进行系统研究,有针对性地提出了解决矿井高温热害的方案。根据ZLS-3300制冷装置制冷量大、承压高、结构紧凑的优点,将其推广应用在霄云煤矿井下集中制冷降温系统中,并考察应用效果。应用实践表明,采掘工作面降温降湿效果显著,降温后工作面平均干球温度不超过26℃,平均相对湿度不超过70%;回风口干球温度不超过28℃,相对湿度不超过80%,达到了规定的指标要求。
In order to effectively solve the problem of high-temperature thermal damage in large mining deep mines and large mechanized mines,a systematic study was carried out from the design and manufacture of refrigeration devices,calculation of cooling capacity,process design of cooling system,model selection and matching of main equipments etc.,and a targeted scheme was put forward to solve the high-temperature thermal damage in mines.According to the advantages of ZLS-3300 refrigeration device such as large cooling capacity,high pressure-carrying ability and compact structure,it was applied in the underground centralized cooling system of Xiaoyun Colliery.The application showed:the temperature and humidity of the working face significantly reduced,the average dry bulb temperature of the working face was below 26℃and the average relative humidity was below 70%;at the return air port,the dry bulb temperature was below 28℃and the relative humidity was below 80%,which met the requirements of relevant regulations.
