摘要
为了改善现有的建筑结构胶稳定性差、易老化等缺陷,以丙烯酸、环氧树脂等为原料合成了环氧乙烯基酯树脂,并采用自制的乙烯基丙基MT硅树脂对其改性,固化后得到改性环氧乙烯基酯建筑结构胶。利用红外光谱、核磁氢谱、示差扫描量热分析、热重分析及力学性能测试研究了合成产物的结构,改性结构胶的固化及其性能。结果表明,乙烯基丙基MT硅树脂的加入提高了环氧乙烯基酯树脂的耐热性能。经一年自然老化,改性胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率依然能够保持基本稳定,具有优异的耐老化性能。
In order to improve the defects of poor stability and easy aging of the existing building structural adhesives,the epoxy vinyl ester resin was synthesized from acrylic acid,epoxy resin,etc.,and self-made vinyl propyl MT silicone resin was used to modify it.After curing,a modified epoxy vinyl ester building structural adhesive was obtained. The structure of the synthesized product and the curing and performance of the modified structural adhesive were investigated by infrared spectroscopy, hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and mechanical performance testings.The results showed that the heat resistance of epoxy vinyl ester resin was improved by the addition of vinyl propyl MT silicone resin. After one year of natural aging, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the modified adhesive could still remain basically stable, and it had excellent aging resistance.
