摘要
以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-100)为基础,采用不同种类的多元醇,通过一步法合成了不同硬段含量的聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过混炼加工制得混炼型聚氨酯弹性体(MPU)。研究了多元醇种类、多元醇相对分子质量以及硬段含量对混炼型聚氨酯弹性体阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,采用聚己内酯二醇(PCL)合成的MPU损耗因子最大,阻尼性能最好。多元醇分子质量为1 000型的MPU的损耗因子及阻尼性能高于多元醇分子质量为2 000型的MPU。随着硬段含量的增加,PCL型MPU的损耗因子和阻尼性能先下降,当硬段质量分数为34%时达到最低值,随后呈现上升趋势。
Based on the diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI),the polyurethane elastomers with different hard segment contents were synthesized using different kinds of polyols by one-step method,and then the millable polyurethane elastomer(MPU) was prepared by mixing. The effects of types and relative molecular weight of polyols and hard segment content on the damping property of MPU were studied. The results showed that the loss factor of MPU synthesized by polycaprolactone glycol(PCL) was the largest and the damping property was the best. The loss factor and damping property of MPU with polyol 1 000 were higher than those of MPU with polyol 2 000.With increasing of hard segment content,the loss factor and damping property of PCL-type MPU firstly decreased,reached the lowest value when the hard segment content was 34 wt%,and then showed an upward trend.
