摘要
采用悬挂鼓风烘干、悬挂无鼓风烘干、托盘鼓风烘干及托盘无鼓风烘干四种方法分别测试了ZT7H/QY9611、CCF300/QY8911、CF3031/BA9916-Ⅱ、EW250F/3233四种预浸料样品的挥发分含量,并用统计方法对测得的数据进行了分析比较,结果表明:同样条件下使用托盘无鼓风烘干法测得的样品挥发分含量最低,悬挂鼓风烘干法测得的挥发分含量最高,说明烘干方法对样品的挥发分测试结果有较大影响,不同方法测得的结果不具有可比性。同一方法四种样品的测试结果具有相同的变化规律,说明同一方法不同样品的测试结果具有可比性。挥发分测试数据的分散性与烘干方法无关,与样品本身的性质有关。
The volatile contents of four prepregs of ZT7H/QY9611,CCF300/QY8911,CF3031/BA9916-Ⅱ and EW250 F/3233 were determined by four different methods of hanging blast drying,hanging without blast drying,tray blast drying,and tray drying without blast. The measured data was analyzed and compared by statistical methods. The results showed that under the same conditions,the volatile content of samples measured by the tray drying without blast method was the lowest,and the volatile content measured by the hanging blast drying method was the highest.It indicatied that the drying method had a greater impact on the volatile content test results of the samples,and the results measured by different methods were not comparable. The test results of the four samples of the same method had the same change rule. It indicatied that the test results of different samples of the same method were comparable. The dispersion of volatile test data had nothing to do with the drying method,but was related to the nature of the sample itself.
