西酞普兰对行鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者不良情绪的影响

Effect of citalopram on the mental status of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated with endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探究西酞普兰对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)行鼻内镜手术治疗患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月~2019年9月82例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术治疗患者,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组41例给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组41例增加西酞普兰治疗,治疗3个月,对比两组患者手术前后血去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平;对比两组患者手术前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMD),SF-36量表以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果手术后观察组NE、DA、5-HT水平、SF-36评分均高于对照组,HAMA、HAMD、头痛、流脓鼻涕、鼻塞、嗅觉减退评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西酞普兰可以减轻行鼻内镜手术治疗的CRS患者的临床症状,消除其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of citalopram on the mental status of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods Eighty-two patients with chronic rhinosinusitis underwent nasal endoscopic surgery from March 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.41 cases in the control group were treated with budesonide nasal spray,and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with citalopram for 3 months.The level of norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)),serotonin(5-HT)before and after surgery;the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMD).SF-36 scale and visual analog scale(VAS)were compared between two groups.Results The NE,DA,5-HT levels and SF-36 scores of the observation group after surgery were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of HAMA,HAMD,headache,purulent nasal discharge,nasal congestion,and hyposmia were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Citalopram can reduce clinical symptoms,eliminate anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life in patients with CRS underwent nasal endoscopic surgery.
