心理护理干预对胸主动脉瘤术后患者应激性情绪障碍的影响

Effects of psychological nursing intervention on stress disorder in patients with thoracic aortic aneurysm surgery

目的探讨心理护理对胸主动脉瘤术后患者应激性情绪障碍的影响。方法选取本院2016年02月~2019年02月接收的100例胸主动脉瘤患者作为主要研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规临床护理,观察组在常规临床护理的基础上进行心理护理干预。观察比较两组患者干预前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),自我效能感量表(GSES),Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分,及治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者的HAMD评分、HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的GSES评分、GCQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性以及护理总满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸主动脉瘤患者通过心理护理干预后,不良情绪缓解,自我效能感增强,治疗依从性及身心舒适度进一步提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on stress disorder in patients with thoracic aortic aneurysm surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with thoracic aortic aneury from February 2016 to February 2019,we receivedsm as the main body of this study.According to the method of computer random grouping,it was further divided were collected and randomly divided into two groups,and the two groups were 50 cases respectively.The control group received routine clinical nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine clinical nursing.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Self-efficacy scale(GSES),General Comfort Questionnaire score(GCQ)before and after intervention,and treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the HAMD score and HAMA score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the GSES score and GCQ score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can relieve negative emotions of the patients with thoracic aortic aneurysm,and enhance their self-efficacy,improve their treatment compliance and physical and mental comfort,which is worthy of clinical application.
