国际标准和专利的结合日益紧密,本文以ISO组织国际标准必要专利数据为基础,从年度、国别、技术委员会、典型国际标准和必要专利认可方式5个角度对国际标准必要专利的现状进行详细分析,多维度说明ISO国际标准必要专利发展现状,将我国与美、日等发达国家进行对比分析,提出相关建议。

International standard and patent are increasingly closely combined.Based on the international standard necessary patent data of ISO,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of international standard essential patents from the perspectives of year,country,technical committee,the typical international standards and necessary patent approved means,and compares the situation of in China and developed countries such as the United States and Japan,and gives some suggestions.
