摘要
康复辅具标准化人才队伍建设对于促进我国康复辅具业发展,保障残疾人老年人等残障人士基本权益,实现全面建成小康社会、坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战的战略目标具有重要意义。当前,我国康复辅具标准化人才总量偏少,整体素质有待进一步提高,人才队伍出现断层现象,人才管理体制尚需改革。我们要积极发展壮大康复辅具标准化从业人员队伍,合理设置人才岗位,加强人才培养,建立完善人才评价体系,发挥高层次人才的示范作用,以促进我国康复辅具标准化人才队伍建设。
Building the standardization talent team of the assistive products for disabled people in China is important to boost the development of assistive products industry,protect the basic rights and interests of the elderly and disabled people and achieve the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society and eliminating poverty.At present,the total amount of standardization workers of assistive products in China is relatively small,and the overall quality needs to be further improved.The talent team has fault,and the talent management system needs to be reformed.Therefore,to increase the standardization workers for assistive products,it proposes to reasonably set up personnel posts,strengthen personnel training,establish and improve the talent evaluation system and give full play to the exemplary role of highlevel talents.
