This paper introduces the work about innovative integration on standardization in the State Technology and Standard Innovation Base(Innovative Integration Base in Qingdao).It also summarizes the difficulties existing in the work.By analyzing successful experiences on the base construction and major problems,this paper proposes the guideline and suggestions for further advancing the work.
