随着中俄贸易不断深入,标准作为技术贸易措施、市场准入及合格评定的基础性技术支撑,逐步深入到双边贸易中。研究与分析俄罗斯标准及标准化的发展和改革的方向和领域对于双边贸易及产业合作交流起到一定的指向和参考作用。

With t he c ontinuous d eepening of Sino-Russian t rade,s tandards,a s t he b asic i nfrastructure of t echnical trade measures,market access and conformity assessment,have gradually penetrated the bilateral trade.This paper studies and analyzes the development and reform of Russian standards and standardization,which provides certain direction and reference for the bilateral trade and industrial cooperation and communication between China and Russia.
