摘要 泛素蛋白酶系统为体内主要蛋白质降解途径之一,为大型ATP依赖的酶学级联系统,广泛存在于各类细胞,参与细胞周期调控、包膜蛋白运输、细胞凋亡、抗原呈递、炎症反应等多种生理或病理过程。本文就泛素蛋白酶体系在扩张型心肌病病理过程中的作用作一综述。 The ubiquitin protease system is one of the major protein degradation pathways.It is an extensive,ATP-dependent enzymatic cascade system that is widely present in various cells and participates in cell cycle regulation,envelope protein transport,apoptosis,and antigen presentation.This article reviews the role of the ubiquitin protease system in the pathological process of dilated cardiomyopathy.
