摘要
随着国家对节能降耗工作的重视程度日益增大,火电企业围绕机组经济运行不断进行摸索和科技创新。目前,大多数电厂均设置有启动锅炉,用于在机组启动期间提供辅汽。如果启动锅炉故障,势必要影响机组正常启动。启动锅炉占地面积大,耗油量大,运行维护复杂,且必须至少要求两人以上才能运行。通过采用一次风电加热、不点启动锅炉的方法来进行机组启动,达到简化机组启动、节能降耗的目的。
With the increasing attention paid by the state to energy conservation and consumption reduction, thermal power enterprises continue to explore and innovate in science and technology around the economic operation of units. At present, most power plants are equipped with startup boilers to provide auxiliary steam during unit startup. If the startup boiler fails, it will affect the normal start-up of the unit. The start-up boiler covers a large area, consumes a large amount of oil, and its operation and maintenance are complex, and at least two people are required to operate. This paper uses the method of primary wind power heating and starting the boiler without any point to start the unit, so as to simplify the startup of the unit, save energy and reduce consumption.
