中医筋骨针疗法治疗肩周炎经验探析

Exploration and Analysis of TCM Muscle-Bone Acupuncture Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

吴汉卿教授创新发明的中医筋骨针疗法在治疗骨筋伤病、疼痛病等方面疗效确切,现以肩周炎为例对其理论经验进行探析。肩周炎属于中医学"肩凝""五十肩"范畴,吴教授认为本病主要病机为经筋痹阻、气血瘀滞,治疗以中医筋骨针松解筋结,疏利经筋,通络止痛为原则;主要选取手三阳经筋、肩阳关三针及手阳关三针以远近取穴、标本同治,同时根据病情随症加减选取肩阴关筋结点。治疗过程中强调医者根据针刺部位、层次灵活运用针法,细心体悟针感,同时医患共鸣,动静交融,以达"针随心神走,松解筋骨间,针随手腕转,效从指下生"之效。

Professor Wu Hanqing invented the TCM muscle and bone acupuncture therapy,which is effective in treating bone and muscle injuries and pain diseases.We take frozen shoulder as an example to analyze his theoretial experience.Frozen shoulder belongs to the category of"shoulder coagulation"and"fifty shoulders"in TCM.Professor Wu believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is the obstruction of the meridians and the stasis of qi and blood.The treatment is to relax the tendons,and relieve the meridians.The principle is to relieve pain in the collaterals.Mainly choosing the three-needles of the three-yang meridian of the hand and shoulder-yangguan and the three-needles of the hand-yangguan to take acupoints far and near,and treat the symptoms and roots at the same time.During the treatment,it is emphasized that doctors use acupuncture methods flexibly according to the location and level of acupuncture,carefully comprehend the sense of acupuncture.The treatment is effective by the the muscle-bone acupuncture treatment.
