华佗再造丸联合头穴丛刺长留针配合振动疗法对脑梗死恢复期患者疗效的影响

Effects of Huatuo Zaizao Pill Combined with Cluster Needling of Scalp Point Therapy and Vibration Treatment on patients in Convalescent Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨华佗再造丸联合头穴丛刺长留针配合振动疗法应用于脑梗死恢复期患者的康复效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月康复科就诊的脑梗死恢复期患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以基础康复训练、振动疗法和头穴丛刺长留针治疗,观察组在此基础上服用华佗再造丸,疗程均为1个月。治疗期间,对照组剔除2例,观察组剔除3例。治疗前及治疗后,两组均采用美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分判定疗效;治疗前后进行Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)、Berg平衡量表(BBS) 3项肢体功能评分和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分;两组治疗前后均检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并记录不良反应。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FMA、ARAT、BBS和MBI评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MDA水平低于本组治疗前,SOD水平高于本组治疗前,且观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论华佗再造丸联合头穴丛刺长留针配合振动疗法应用于脑梗死恢复期患者能够提高疗效,明显改善患者的肢体功能、生活自理能力和氧化应激状态。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effects of Huatuo Zaizao Pill combined with cluster needling of scalp point therapy and vibration treatment on limb function,activity of daily living and oxidative stress in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.for the rehabilitation of patients in the recovery period after cerebral infarction.The effects of limb function,ability of daily living and oxidative stress.Methods 60 cerebral infarction convalescent patients who were admitted to the rehabilitation department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n = 30) and the control group(n = 30).The control group was given basic rehabilitation training,vibration treatment and cluster needling of scalp point therapy.The observation group was treated with Huatuo Zaizao Pill based on the control group.All patients were treated for 1 mouth.During the treatment period,2 subjects from the control group and 3 subjects from the observation group were excluded.Before and after treatment,the patients received the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) to determine efficacy,3 limb function scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity(FMA),action research arm test(ARAT),Berg balance scale(BBS) and one self-help ability score of modified Barthel index(MBI).The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected and compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 4 ratings of FMA,ARAT,BBS and MBI in both groups were higher than before treatment,and 4 ratings in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MDA levels in both groups were lower than that before treatment and SOD levels were higher than that before treatment.MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and SOD level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huatuo Zaizao Pill combined with cluster needling of scalp point therapy and vibration treatment in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction can improve the curative effects,and significantly ameliorate the limb function,self-care ability,and oxidative stress state of patients in the recovery period.
