五虎汤加减对痰热闭肺证支原体肺炎患儿炎性因子及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Wuhu Decoction on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia with Phlegm-heat Obstructing the Lung Syndrome

目的探讨五虎汤加减联合阿奇霉素对痰热闭肺证支原体肺炎患儿炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法 160例支原体肺炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组80例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予五虎汤加减。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及治疗前后血清中炎性因子和免疫功能的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后临床症状缓解时间明显缩短,临床总有效率明显上升,血清中炎性因子白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均明显降低,免疫因子CD3^+及CD4^+水平明显升高,CD8^+水平明显降低,CD4^+/CD8^+比值降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论五虎汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗痰热闭肺证支原体肺炎患儿,可有效改善临床症状,降低炎性反应,提高免疫功能,提高临床治疗效果,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effects of Wuhu Decoction combined with azithromycin on inflammatory factors and immune function in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods A total of 160 patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to a random number table,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the treatment group was given Wuhu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical symptoms,clinical treatment effects,serum inflammatory factors and immune function were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly shorter after treatment,and the total clinical effective rate was significantly increased.The serum inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),and tumors The levels of necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and C-reactive protein(CRP) were significantly reduced,the levels of immune factors CD3^+and CD4^+were significantly increased,the level of CD8^+was significantly reduced,and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+was reduced(P<0.05).Statistical significance.And the adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Wuhu Decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat obstructed lung syndrome can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve immune function,and improve clinical therapeutic effects.It is safe and effective.
