华蟾素片辅助TACE治疗对原发性肝癌患者AFP-L3、GP73水平和CT影像参数的影响

Effects of Huachan Tablets Assisted TACE Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer on The Levels of AFP-L3,GP73 And CT Imaging Parameters

目的分析华蟾素片辅助肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗对原发性肝癌患者甲胎蛋白-L3(AFPL3)、高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)水平和CT影像参数的影响。方法将2017年7月—2019年5月肝肾内科收治的118例原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组59例采用TACE治疗,术后采用基础治疗,观察组59例在对照组治疗的基础上采用华蟾素片辅助治疗,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组治疗6个月后疗效和治疗前、治疗6个月后血清肝癌标志性分子水平、T淋巴细胞水平、CT参数。结果观察组临床获益率(CBR)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后较本组治疗前,两组血清AFP-L3、GP73、可溶性b7-H3(Sb7-H3)、α-L-岩藻糖(AFU)水平和CTPI参数血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、表面通透性(PS)、肝动脉分数(HAF)均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),平均通过时间(MTT)缩短,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后较本组治疗前,观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+比例升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素片辅助TACE治疗原发性肝癌能抑制癌细胞增殖,改善患者免疫功能,抑制恶性肿瘤血管生成,降低CT参数,其疗效较好。

Objective To analyze the effects of TACE assisted by Huachan tablet on the levels of AFP-L3,GP73 and CT image parameters in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods Between July 2017 and May 2019,118 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the department of dry kidney medicine of our hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 59 cases each.The control group was treated with TACE,followed by basic postoperative treatment,and the observation group was treated with the adjuvant treatment of sinopaquin capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The efficacy of the two groups after 6 months of treatment was compared with the marker molecular level,T lymphocyte level and CT parameters of liver cancer before and after 6 months of treatment.Results The clinical benefit rate(CBR) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6 months after treatment than before treatment,two groups of serum AFP-L3,GP73,soluble b7-H3(Sb7-H3),alpha L-fucose(AFU) levels and CTPI parameters of blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),permeability surface(PS),hepatic arterial fraction(HAF) are lower,observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05),mean passage time(MTT) was shortened,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huachan tablets assisted TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells,improve the immune function of patients,inhibit malignant tumor angiogenesis,and reduce CT parameters,and its efficacy is better.
