摘要
应用STAR-CCM+软件对某汽车空调风管进行计算分析,将计算结果与试验数据对比,确定仿真计算的精度,标定计算模型使之满足优化分析的要求,之后对模型进行优化,修改风管模型,以达到配气比的标准,并通过试验验证最终优化效果。
STAR-CCM+ software is used to calculate and analyze the air duct of an automobile air conditioner. The calculation results are compared with the test data, the accuracy of simulation calculation is obtained, and the calculation model is calibrated to meet the requirements of optimization analysis. Then the model is optimized, the air duct model is modified to meet the standard of air distribution ratio, and the final optimization effect is verified by the test.
