摘要
车架不仅要求足够的强度和刚度,而且需要最大限度地减轻其质量,以提高整车的动力性及经济性。对于摇摆电动三轮摩托车,车架自身质量占整车质量的比例较大,因此轻量化车架强度的研究有重要意义。以一款摇摆电动三轮摩托车铝合金车架为分析对象,根据实际情况设定相应的载荷与约束条件,运用有限元分析软件对该铝合金车架进行强度分析,得出给定边界条件下的应力分布情况,在结构设计阶段对强度有初步认识,判断设计的合理性。
In order to improve the dynamic and economy performance, frame requires enough strength and stiffness, and minimum weight. For the rocking electric tricycle motorcycle, the weight of the frame itself accounts for a large proportion of the mass of the whole vehicle, so it is of important significance to study the strength of the lightweight frame. This paper takes an aluminum alloy frame of a rocking electric tricycle motorcycle as the analysis object, sets the corresponding load and constraint conditions according to the actual situation. Finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength of the aluminum alloy frame, the stress distribution under given boundary conditions is obtained, and in structure design phase a preliminary understanding of strength is got, and the rationality of the design is judged.
