2019年漳州市龙文区居民健康素养水平调查

Survey on health literacy among residents,Longwen district,Zhangzhou city,2019

目的了解漳州市龙文区居民健康素养水平,为后续有针对性地开展健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法2019年5~6月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取龙文区803名15~69周岁常住人口,使用全国统一问卷以自填与访谈相结合的方式进行调查,利用描述性统计学方法对结果进行分析。结果2019年龙文区居民总体健康素养水平为19.80%(159/803)。其中男性健康素养水平18.33%、女性21.86%(P>0.05);随着年龄的增长,居民的健康素养水平呈现下降趋势(P<0.01);文化程度越高,健康素养水平越高(P<0.01);教师和医务人员的健康素养水平较高居前2位,分别为66.67%和50.00%,农民和工人的健康素养水平较低,分别为12.63%和16.22%。不同职业之间的健康素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。6类健康问题中慢性病防治(34.87%)、基本医疗(32.50%)和传染病预防(28.39%)素养具备水平较低。结论漳州市龙文区居民健康素养水平仍有待提高,年龄、文化程度和职业其主要独立影响因素。

Objective To understand the level of health literacy among residents in Longwen district,so as to provide scientific basis for targeted health education work in the future.Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to collect 803permanent residents aged 15to 69years old in Longwen district in May-June 2019.A national questionnaire was used to conduct the survey in the way of self-filling or interview.The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics.Results In 2019,the health literacy level of the residents in Longwen district was 19.80%(159/803).It was 18.33%in male and 21.86%in female,without statistically significant difference between genders(P>0.05).With the increase of age,the health literacy level of residents showed a downward trend(P<0.01);the higher level of education,the higher level of health literacy(P<0.01).The health literacy level of teachers and medical staff ranked the top 2,accounting for 66.67%and 50.00%respectively,while the health literacy level of farmers(12.63%)and workers(16.22%)was low.There were significant differences in health literacy levels among different occupations(P<0.01).Among the 6categories of health problems,the levels of chronic disease prevention literacy(34.87%),basic medical literacy(32.50%)and infectious disease prevention literacy(28.39%)were relatively low.Conclusion The health literacy level of Longwen district residents still needs to be improved,and age,education level and occupation are the main independent influencing factors.
