2020年临沂市新型冠状病毒肺炎病例情况分析

目的了解临沂市新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的流行现状和特征,为疫情防控提供理论依据。方法选取2020年1月12日至2月14日临沂市在传染病信息报告系统中上报所有新型冠状病毒肺炎病例(含无症状感染者),分析其病例基本特征、时空分布特征、年龄性别、职业分布及病例发现及时性。结果临沂市共报告新冠病毒核酸阳性检测者64例,其中确诊病例49例,无症状感染者15例。确诊病例中,发病年龄为2岁9个月至79岁,主要集中在30~69岁(65.31%);普通型病例为主(65.31%);男性33例,女性16例,性别比为2.06∶1。1月12日至1月23日发病初期以输入病例为主;1月24日至1月31日为发病高峰期,处于输入病例和密切接触者发病消长交替阶段;2月1日至2月13日疫情稳步下降期,病例以密切接触者发病为主。结论临沂市现阶段新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情基本得到控制。

Objective To understand the epidemic situation and characteristics of COVID-19in Linyi city,so as to provide theoretical basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods All COVID-19cases reported in Chinese Infectious Disease Information Systemfrom January 12,2020to February 14,2020were selected to analyze the basic characteristics,spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,age and gender,occupation distribution and timeliness of case discovery.Results A total of 64cases of positive detection of nucleic acid in novel coronavirus were reported in Linyi city,including 49confirmed cases and 15asymptomatic infections.Among the confirmed cases,the age of onset was from 2years and 9months to 79years,mainly from 30to 69years(65.31%);the majority of cases were common type(65.31%);there were 33males and 16females,with a sex ratio of 2.06:1.From January 12to 23,the initial cases were mainly imported cases.The peak period was from January 24to January 31,in which the incidence of imported cases alternated with that of close contacts;from February 1to 13,the epidemic situation declined steadily,and the cases mainly occurred in close contacts.Conclusion At this stage,the COVID-19epidemic in Linyi is basically under control.
