2019年临朐县35~85岁居民高血压筛查及依从性分析

Analysis on hypertension screening and compliance among residents aged 35-85 years,Linqu county,2019

目的了解临朐县35~85岁居民高血压筛查及依从性分析,为今后有针对性的开展高血压宣传教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法2019年3~11月借助公共卫生网络对临朐县辖区内登记管理的35~85岁497721名居民作为目标人群进行调查,内容包括血压普查、高血压知识宣传、对高血压患者或疑似高血压患者开出包含合理饮食、适量运动等方面的健康处方,半年后进行随访。数据输入Epi Data 3.1数据库,采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果调查497721名居民,查出高血压患者193619例,患病率为38.90%。35~85岁居民高血压患病率随着年龄的增长而上升,35~50岁年龄段男性高血压的患病率(24.76%)高于女性(22.68%),50岁以上年龄段高血压女性患病率(49.56%)高于男性(47.43%)(P<0.01)。92657名男性高血压患者中,半年内就医就诊率为44.73%;100962名女性高血压患者中,半年内就医就诊率占38.99%,男性主动就诊率高于女性(P<0.01)。男性高血压患者半年内执行健康处方为52.76%,女性高血压患者半年内执行健康处方为63.44%(P<0.01)。结论借助公共卫生网络开展高血压普查和干预是掌握高血压发病趋势和指导高血压患者遵医用药、纠正不良饮食习惯的有效途径。

Objective To understand the hypertension screening and compliance analysis of residents aged 35-85in Linqu county,so as to provide scientific basis for the targeted development of hypertension publicity and education and behavioral intervention in the future.Methods From March to November 2019,through the public health network,497721residents aged 35-85years old who were registered and managed in Linqu county were investigated as the target population,including blood pressure survey,hypertension knowledge promotion,and the issuance of healthy prescriptions including reasonable diet and moderate exercise for patients with or suspected of having hypertension.The follow-up visit was conducted after 6months.Data were entered into Epi Data 3.1database and SPSS 18.0statistical software was used for data analysis.Results A total of 497721residents were investigated,and 193619patients with hypertension were found out.The prevalence rate was 38.90%.The prevalence of hypertension in residents aged 35-85years old increased with age.The prevalence of hypertension in men aged 35-50years old(24.76%)was higher than that in women(22.68%),and it in women over 50years old(49.56%)was higher than that in men(47.43%)(P<0.01).Among 92657male patients with hypertension,the rate of seeking medical advice within 6months was 44.73%.Among 100962female patients with hypertension,the visiting rate within 6months was 38.99%,and the active visiting rate of men was higher than that of women(P<0.01).The proportion of male hypertensive patients who executed the health prescription in half a year was 52.76%,while the proportion of female hypertensive patients who executed the health prescription in half a year was 63.44%(P<0.01).Conclusion Hypertension survey and intervention via public health network is an effective way to master the trend of hypertension and guide patients to follow medical drugs and correct bad dietary habits.
