齿状环切联合套扎术治疗脱垂性环状痔的临床疗效

Dentiformly Circumferential Resection Combined with Columnar Ligation in the Treatment of Prolapsed Circumferential Hemorrhoids:Effect Observation

为探讨齿状环切联合套扎术治疗脱垂性环状痔的临床疗效,将180例脱垂性环状痔患者随机分为观察组、对照A组和对照B组,各60例。分别采用齿状环切联合套扎术、Milligan-Morgan术和PPH进行治疗,比较患者术后并发症、临床指标、复发情况及临床疗效。结果显示,在术后出血、肛门坠胀感、创口愈合时间、排便功能评分、肛门外观、临床疗效方面观察组显著优于对照A组和对照B组(P<0.05);在术后肛缘水肿、创口裂开、复发方面,观察组显著优于对照B组(P<0.05)。结果表明,与传统术式比较,采用齿状环切加套扎术治疗脱垂性环状痔,能显著提高临床疗效和患者术后生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of dentiformly circumferential resection(DCR)combined with columnar ligation in the treatment of prolapsed circumferential hemorrhoids(PCH)randomly divided 180 PCH patients into observation group,control A group and control B group,60 cases per group;the three groups respectively received DCR,Milligan-Morgan procedure and PPH;then patients’postoperative complication,clinical norms,recurrence status and clinical effect were compared between the three groups.As results,in postoperative bleeding,bearing down-swelling of anus,wound healing time,defecation function score,anal outward appearance,and clinical effect observation group was significantly superior to two control groups(P<0.05);in postoperative ano-edge edema,wound splited,and recurrence observation group was significantly superior to control B group(P<0.05).Results show that DCR plus columnar ligation for PCH,can significantly enhance clinical effect and patients’quality of life,and reduce untoward reaction.
