外剥内扎注射联合平衡减压术治疗混合痔40例疗效观察

Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated with the Combined Therapy(External Dissection&Internal Ligation,Injection and Equilibrium Decompression):Effect Observation on 40 Cases

为观察外剥内扎注射联合平衡减压术治疗混合痔的临床疗效,将80例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用外剥内扎注射联合平衡减压术治疗,对照组单纯采用外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组临床疗效及并发症等情况。结果显示,治疗组和对照组总有效率均为100%,但治疗组在术后疼痛、水肿、肛门狭窄及复发率等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,外剥内扎注射联合平衡减压术治疗混合痔疗效确切,能减少并发症的发生,降低术后复发率,远期效果好。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoids treated with the combined therapy(external dissection&internal ligation,injection and equilibrium decompression),randomly divided 80 cases into treatment group(40 cases,adopted above combined therapy)and control one(40 cases,only external dissection&internal ligation);then,compared both groups’clinical effect and complication.As results,the total effective rate of both was up to 100%,but in postoperative pain,edema and anal stenosis,and in recurrence rate treatment group was all superior to control one(P<0.05).Results show that above combined therapy for mixed hemorrhoids has determined effect,can reduce complication,decline postoperative recurrence rate,and its long-term effect also is good.
