苦蛇消痔散熏洗坐浴防治混合痔术后并发症的疗效研究

Kushe Xiaozhi San for Fuming-wash Sitz Bath in the Prevention&Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids:Effect Research

为评价苦蛇消痔散熏洗坐浴预防和治疗混合痔术后并发症的疗效,将300例混合痔术后患者随机分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组,每组各100例。观察1组术后采用苦蛇消痔散兑热水洗液熏洗坐浴,观察2组采用苦蛇消痔散水煎液熏洗坐浴,对照组采用5%碘伏溶液熏洗坐浴。观察比较3组患者术后肛门疼痛、水肿、坠胀、出血及创面愈合时间等。结果显示,两观察组术后肛门疼痛、水肿、坠胀及出血评分均优于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,治愈率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察1组与观察2组在术后肛门疼痛、水肿、坠胀、出血评分,治愈率及创面愈合时间方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察1组使用更便捷,操作更简便。结果表明,苦蛇消痔散熏洗坐浴能有效预防和治疗混合痔术后并发症,且能促进创面愈合。苦蛇消痔散兑热水坐浴不仅疗效显著,且携带方面、经济实惠,利于推广。

This study was to evaluate the effect of Kushe Xiaozhi San(a TCM formula,shorthy named as San)for fuming-wash sitz bath in the prevention&treatment of postoperative complication of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 300 patients with this hemorrhoids into three groups(100 cases per group):observation groupⅠ[adopted(San+hot water)fuming-wash sitz bath],observation groupⅡ(San decocted in boiling water,then for fuming-wash sitz bath)and control group(5%of iodophor solution for fumingwash sitz bath);then after surgery observed and compared patients’anal pain,edema,bearing-down-swelling,bleeding,and wound-surface healing time,as well as curative rate,etc between the three groups.As results,in above-mentioned all items bothⅠandⅡobservation groups were all superior to control group(P<0.05),though betweenⅠandⅡgroups there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);more than,compared withⅡgroup,use of San inⅠgroup was more comfortable,its manipulation was more simple and easy.Results show that San for fuming-wash sitz bath can effectively prevent from and treat postoperative complication of mixed hemorrhoids,and promote wound-surface healing,added with hot water not only has significant effect,but is easy to carry about,as well inexpensive anal substantial,thus worthy to be popularized.
