安肠止痛颗粒联合耳穴贴压治疗肠易激综合征30例临床观察

Anchang Zhitong Granule Combined with Ear-pressing Therapy in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome:Clinial Observation on 30 Cases

为观察安肠止痛颗粒口服联合耳穴贴压治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效,将90例肠易激综合征患者随机分为综合组、中药组和西药组,每组各30例。综合组给予安肠止痛颗粒口服联合耳穴贴压,中药组以安肠止痛颗粒口服,西药组予马来酸曲美布汀片配合黛力新口服。观察3组临床疗效,中医证候积分和肠易激严重度评分(IBS-SSS)等。结果显示,治疗后综合组总有效率为90.0%,高于中药组(80.0%)和西药组(76.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后中医证候积分、IBS-SSS评分,抑郁评分(SDS)、焦虑评分(SAS)、腹痛评分及单项症状积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且综合组各项积分均低于中药组和西药组(P<0.05),中药组在SDS评分、SAS评分、胸胁胀闷、嗳气、食欲不振方面低于西药组(P<0.05)。3组治疗中均未发生不良反应。结果表明,安肠止痛颗粒口服联合耳穴贴压治疗肠易激综合征,能明显改善临床症状,提高疗效,且无不良反应。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of Anchang zhitong granule(Granule)combined with ear-pressing therapy(EPT)in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),randomly divided 90 IBS patients into comprehensive group(30 cases,adopted the combination of Granule plus EPT),TCM group(30 cases,only Granule)and Western medicine group(30 cases,trimebutine+oral flupenthixol);then,observed and compared clinical effect,the tally of TCM signs and symptoms,IBS-SSS between the three groups.As results,in total effective rate comprehensive group was significantly higher than rest two groups(i.e 90.0%>80.0%,and 76.6%,P<0.05);compared with that before treatment after treatment the three groups’ratings of TCM syndrone IBS-SSS,SDS,SAS,and the score on abdominal pain,as well as the score on every single items of symptoms were lower significantly(P<0.05),more than,comprehensive group was lower than rest two groups(P<0.05),and,TCM group also was lower than Western medicine group in SDS rating and SAS rating,as well as feeling of discomfort and fullness in the chest and hypochondrium,eructation,inapetence(P<0.05);no untoward reactions were found in the three groups.Results show that Granule plus EPT in the treatment of IBS can significantly improve clinical symptoms,enhance effect,at the same time without untoward reaction.
