手术室保温联合舒适护理对乳腺癌患者核心体温及不良情绪的影响

Effects of thermal insulation in operating room combined with comfort nursing on core body temperature and adverse emotions in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨手术室保温措施联合舒适护理对乳腺癌患者核心体温及不良情绪的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月间陕西省肿瘤医院收治的120例乳腺癌患者,采用常规手术室护理的60例患者纳入对照组,采用手术室保温措施联合舒适护理的60例患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者术前和术中不同时间点的体温变化、护理前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及护理满意度。结果两组患者术前、插管前和手术结束时的体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者插管后60min的体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者SDS和SAS评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为98.3%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室保温措施联合舒适护理可改善乳腺癌患者术中体温,缓解不良情绪,患者满意度较高,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effects of thermal insulation in operating room combined with comfort nursing on core body temperature and adverse emotions in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 120 breast cancer patients admitted to Shaanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as research subjects.Sixty patients receiving thermal insulation in operating room combined with comfort nursing were included in an observation group and 60 patients receiving conventional care in operating room were included in a control group.Changes in body temperature were compared at different time points pre-and intra-operatively.Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in body temperature before operation,before intubation and at the end of operation in the observation group(P>0.05).Body temperature was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group at 60 min after intubation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores were decreased in both groups with the scores lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The patient satisfaction was 98.3%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal insulation in operating room combined with comfort nursing can significantly improve intraoperative body temperature and relieve adverse emotions in patients with breast cancer with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference.
