人性化护理对宫颈癌放射治疗患者的应用效果

Efficacy of humanized nursing in patients with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy

目的探讨人性化护理在宫颈癌患者放射治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月间西安国际医学中心医院收治的114例宫颈癌患者,根据护理方法不同进行分组,采用常规护理的57例患者纳入对照组,采用人性化护理的57例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态变化和并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁和病耻感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分和病耻感评分均下降,且观察组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、宫颈粘连、宫腔积液及神经系统反应等各项并发症发生率均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者放射治疗期间实施人性化护理,可有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,减轻患者病耻感,减少并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of humanized nursing in patients with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy.Method From January 2017 to December 2018,a total of 114 patients with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy were selected at Xi'an International Medical Center.They were divided into two groups based on the nursing they received.Fifty-seven patients receiving humanized nursing were included in an observation and 57 patients receiving conventional nursing were included in a control group.Changes in psychological state and incidence of complications were compared the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in anxiety,depression and stigma scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety,depression and stigma scores were decreased in both groups with the scores lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications including marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction,cervical adhesions,intrauterine effusion,nervous system reaction were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing during radiotherapy can effectively relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,sense of stigma and reduce incidence of complications in patient with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy.It is worthy of promotion.
