摘要
对马钢B高炉高钛负荷下维持炉缸活跃实践进行了总结分析。受原料条件限制,人炉钛负荷一直处于偏高水平,偏高的钛负荷对高炉炉缸的活跃性造成较大影响。在入炉较高钛负荷条件下,通过采取加强原燃料管理、优化装料制度、优化送风制度、强化炉前出铁等措施,炉缸工作状况趋于改善,高炉技术经济指标得到相应改善,焦炭负荷最高至4.74,燃料比维持在495 kg/t.
The practice for keeping the hearth active under high titanium load in Masteel's B BF is summarized and ana lyzed.Restrained by raw material conditions,the load of titanium in the furnace stays at high level,affecting the activity of the BF hearth grealy.This problem is alleviated through strengthening raw material and fuel management,optimizing the charging system and optimizing the blasting system,as well as strengthening the tapping management.Both the hearth working status and the BF techno-economic indexes are improved accordingly with the coke load up to 4.74,and the fuel rate remaining at 495 kg/t.
