全面推动高校思想政治理论课改革创新既是新形势下党和国家事业发展的战略要求,也是新起点上高校思想政治理论课自身发展的现实需要。推进高校思想政治理论课改革创新既要善于从党对思想政治工作的高度重视、中国特色社会主义的显著成就、中国特色社会主义文化的繁荣发展、课程建设的长期实践和成功经验中提振底气和信心,也要敢于直面国际国内形势的新变化、课程建设发展的新要求、教师队伍建设的新进展、协同发展的新局面。全面推动高校思想政治理论课改革创新要在建立健全体制机制、加强课程建设学理支撑、打造教育教学鲜明特色、完善培养教师队伍等方面全面发力。

Driving forward the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities from all sides is a strategic requirement for the development of cause of the Party and the country in the new situation,and it is also realistic needs for self-development of ideological and political theory course at a new starting point.To improve the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,we shall both be good at lifting our faith and confidence from the Party’s high attention to ideological and political work,the remarkable achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the prosperous development of socialist culture with the Chinese characteristics and the long-term practice and successful experience in cause construction,and have the courage to face new changes in international and domestic situation,new requirements for course construction and development,new progress in construction of teaching staff,new situation in coordinated development.To drive forward the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities from all sides,we shall make great efforts in all aspects including establishing and improving mechanisms and systems,reinforcing the course development and theoretical supports,creating distinctive features for education and teaching,improving the training for teaching staff.
