摘要 越来越多的证据表明脑源性神经营养因子(EDNF)对阿尔茨海默病的(AD)的认知功能具有十分重要的作用,尤其是BDNFVal66Met基因多态性,诸多研究证实其影响认知功能。本文通过综述BDNF及其Val66Met基因多态性对AD的临床应用,旨在探讨二者对AD的应用价值及影响。 Increasing evidence indicates that brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),especially its BDNFVal66Met gene polymorphism,plays an important role in cognitive function of Alzheimer's disease(AD),with its effects on cognition function confirmed by a large number of studies.Therefore,this article reviews the clinical application of BDNF and BDNFVal66Met for Alzheimer's disease(AD),aiming to examine their practical value and effects on AD.
