博弈视角下居民自组织参与传统街区保护更新路径研究

Research on the Path of Resident Self-organization Participating in the Protection and Renewal of Traditional Blocks from the Perspective of Game

近年来,传统街区的保护整治及其对城市文化发展的重要作用得到了人们的普遍认同,但在传统街区的保护整治过程中,一方面参与主体存在着利益的矛盾,另一方面,我国传统街区保护更新基本采取"自上而下"的决策方式,居民参与保护更新的机制与路径不多。对此,笔者从政府、开发商和居民之间的利益博弈关系分析出发,探索居民自组织参与传统街区保护更新的途径,丰富传统街区保护更新过程中的公众参与理论,为苏州传统街区保护更新实践提供参考。

In recent years,the protection and renewal of the traditional blocks and its important role in the development of city culture have been widely recognized by the people.But in the process of the protection and renewal of the traditional blocks,on one hand,there are contradictions in the interests of the participating bodies,on the other hand,it basically adopts the top-down decision-making method.There are not much mechanism and path for the resident to participate in the protection and renewal.In view of the above,the paper starts from the interest game relationship between the government,the developing companies and the resident,explores the ways for the residents to participate in the protection and renewal of the traditional blocks through self-organization,so as to enrich the theory of public participation in the protection and renewal of traditional blocks and provide a reference for the protection and renewal practice of the traditional blocks in Suzhou.
